​The Claygate Flower & Village Show is organised entirely by volunteers from the local community. Every year, a dedicated team gives their time to plan, organise and run the show so that everyone can enjoy a fantastic day together.

But there's always more to do, and we'd love to welcome some new faces to help keep the show thriving for years to come.

Whether you can spare a few hours in the run-up to the show, help out on the day itself, or would like to become more involved behind the scenes, we'd be delighted to hear from you.

 

Do you have skills in any of the following areas?

• Event planning and organisation

• Marketing and social media

• Photography or videography

• Fundraising and sponsorship

• Finance or administration

• Gardening, horticulture or floral expertise

• Setting up and packing down equipment

• General helping hands and enthusiasm!

Don't worry if you don't have any specific experience—many of our volunteers simply enjoy being part of the community and helping wherever they're needed.
