How to Enter an Exhibit - 2026
​Everyone can enter exhibits for the Show. There are separate sections for Juniors, Horticulture, Floral Exhibits, Handicrafts, Photography, Art and Domestic. The rules and notes within each Division should be read carefully on either the website or in the programme. Follow the entry procedures detailed below and good luck!
There are now two ways you can register to enter an exhibit:
1) Online at claygateflowershow.co.uk (click on Enter Exhibits Online, above)
2) Complete an official paper entry form available within the Show programme.
Take the paper entry form (no fee required) to Johnstons, The Parade, Claygate, and pop it into the yellow Claygate Flower Show box inside the shop.
Each person must complete an online or paper form, but there is no limit to the number of classes they may enter. In any one class, you may only enter one exhibit per person or per garden.
All paper entries must be received by 6pm on Monday, 6 July, when Johnston’s closes.
Online entries will be accepted up until 12:00 midnight on Monday, 6 July.
Entries cannot be accepted after this date.
On Show Day, Saturday 11 July, bring the exhibit(s) to the Claygate Recreation Ground between 8.00 and 9.55am. Collect an Exhibitor’s card from the Entry Team outside the Exhibits Marquee. Juniors should collect their cards from the Junior team at the west end of the marquee. Take your exhibit(s) to the appropriate section of the tent, and place it on a table with the card, with only Division and Class Number showing. Team members inside the tent will assist you.
Judging commences at 10.00am, by which time all exhibitors must have left the Exhibits Marquee. Items cannot be accepted or displayed after this time.

Exhibitors’ cars must leave the ground as soon as possible after dropping off, no later than 10:15am.
The Exhibits Marquee will open for viewing at 2:00pm. Once judging is complete and results are tallied, names of the cup winners will be displayed at the entrances of the Exhibits Marquee and the Main Arena tent.
Presentation of cups for the Junior Section is at 4.00pm and Adults at 4.40pm in the Main Arena.
Prizes take the form of small amounts of cash. Prize money may be collected on the day of the show between 4.40 and 5.15pm. After that date, please contact the Flower Show Secretary. Any prize money not collected by 31 October will be donated back to the Flower Show.
Exhibits may be collected from 5.15pm onwards. Items not collected by 6pm will be auctioned at 6.15pm, with the proceeds going to offset the costs of the Show.
At the end of the day, cars will only be allowed on the Recreation Ground from 6pm.
